Newly built in 2004, Little Phoenix stands on the site of a holiday chalet which probably dated back to the 1950's! Today's cottage offers much more comfortable accommodation, with double glazing, central heating, televisions in both the living room and bedroom with video and DVD, ensuite shower room and much more.

In order to appreciate the wonderful views from the property, the accommodation is inverted and from the living room you are able to step out onto the balcony and take in the breathtaking views across the bay to the south and up the valley to the north.

The kitchen area is fully fitted, with an electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer and a washer/drier can be found in the shower room. The bedroom, on the ground floor, has patio doors to a secluded terrace area.

There is an allocated parking space outside the cottage and as we live next door, we are on hand to help with any queries or problems.
