High Season from £420 per week
Terms: Prices include hot water, heating & TV.
An allowance of £10 is made in the tariff for electricity - any excess
is paid by meter
All bed linen, pillows, duvets & towels are included
(except beach towels).
Duration: Rental runs from 2pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of
departure.
Sleeps: The cottage sleeps 2 adults.
Parking: There is a parking space outside the cottage.
Short
Breaks: Short break availability (October to March, excluding
Bank Holidays) starting from £65 per night. Short breaks can only
be made 3 weeks prior to arrival & must be paid in full.
Payment: 20% deposit (10% refundable if cancelled 8 weeks prior to
arrival). Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Pets: Sorry, pets are not permitted at the cottage.
Smoking: Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or outside.
*Special Winter Offer*3 weeks for the price of 2 or 4 weeks for the price of 3 during November, December, January and February (excluding Christmas and New Year)
